Parents/guardians must present a valid ID (driver's license, State ID or passport are accepted)

If your child was born in 2004, please enroll your child as we are currently accepting Kindergarten Registration between 9am and 1pm. Please bring your childfs birth certificate, a proof of residency, your childfs student health record (F14), and a legal parent's valid ID, or any other legal documents that is necessary to enroll your child. If you do not have your child's F14 or any latest immunization record, just come to enroll anyway and we'll inform you as to what your child will need before starting school.
