Iroquois Point Elementary School services students in Grades K through 6.
Kindergarten pre-registration commences in February, and will be on-going throughout the summer and school year. All other students should be registering from June through the school year. Do not wait until late summer to register.
Kindergarten is not mandatory in Hawaii, but parents who opt to enroll their children must adhere to the Department of Education guidelines.
The following information is required:
Health Requirements
- A physical exam and tuberculosis test (PPD) are required prior to entry into Hawaii's school system
- Current immunization record is also required. NO CHILD WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT PROOF OF A NEGATIVE PPD. In the case of a positive PPD, a chest x-ray result must be provided.

Legal Documentation
Please furnish an original or certified copy of the child's birth certificate at the time of enrollment.
NO KINDERGARTNER WILL BE ADMITTED TO SCHOOL WITHOUT PROOF OF AGE.
(Child must be age 5 by December 31). Legal documentation is required for name changes, child custody and guardianship.
School Records
If your child has a current Individualized Education Program (IEP), or has been enrolled in any special education program, please share this information at the time of enrollment.
Registration Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Questions regarding registration can be answered by the office staff at (808)499-6500/6501 between 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
