Pre-K News
We in I-6 cannot believe it is already December and time for the holidays! The preschool students have been hard at work noticing the changes in weather and continuing to learn about their ABC’s, numbers, colors, shapes, and how to spell their own names. With the holidays fast approaching, in I-6, we will be discussing how to help other people and how to share/give. We will also be learning about holiday traditions.
We have a busy two months and will be going on many great field trips. We will be going to Honolulu to see the Festival of Lights, Pearl Ridge to ride their Christmas train, and in January we will be going to the Hawaiian Plantation. In November, the students were able to learn about animals at the Maunawalea Horse Ranch and were even able to ride horses! They also went to the Canine/Police Division on base and were able to learn about what the police dogs do.
Thank you to the parents for working so diligently with your children! Each teacher has seen great progress!
Happy Holidays!
Aloha, The Pre School Teachers!
