Ke Kula 'o 'Ehunuikaimalino

Ke Kula 'o 'Ehunuikaimalino is a K-11 Hawaiian Language Immersion school that is located on the Konawaena campus. The school serves students from Waiköloa to Nä'älehu. 'Ehunuikaimalino educates the students from Kindergarten to the fourth grade in the Hawaiian language for the entire school day. In the fifth grade the students are given one hour of formal English Language Arts instruction per day. The middle school delivers content in both English and Hawaiian. The ninth and tenth grade students attend Konawaena High school for half of their classes and 'Ehunuikaimalino for the other half. 'Ehunuikaimalino currently offers a PSAP, a GT program, and has a PCNC position. We have also held 3 "Back to School" days for the parents to actively participate in their child/ren's school day. Our high school students are able to participate as part of Konawaena athletic teams and/or clubs. Our SCC meets once a month.
