Red Hill Elementary School serves students from Aliamanu Military Reservation, U.S. Coast Guard Housing, and Moanalua Hillside Apartments. The school is almost 35 years old. The school serves about 400 students, 67% of whom are military dependents. Red Hill has an active military partnership with the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Walnut. Other support groups include our Parent Community Networking Center, Parent-Teacher-Student Organization, Student Council, and School Community Council.
Our school colors are red, white and blue, and we are known as the Red Hill Raiders. Student recognition assemblies are held quarterly. We have a dedicated staff that works on a beautiful campus with an incredible view of Honolulu. Whole school renovations are scheduled to be completed by October, 2006 and will provide our students with a better learning environment. We were selected as the first elementary school in the state to receive, through Joint Ventures in Education Forum, a completely rebuilt, state-of-the-art Computer Lab.
